    This sounds like an awesome cookbook! Being a Culinary Arts Teacher this recipes would be fantastic to use in my class! Now that Mrs. Obama is trying to get our children to eat healthy we might as well start teaching them healthy eating habits. . I am trying to preach this healthy eating habits among my students, but it is just hard to find the right recipes.

It is a work in progress and is going to take the whole year, just to get the soil right, but is hopefully going to launch me into a new career as well as a healthier way of life.     I am new to this whole way of eating but know I must do something as my health is beginning to fail. I am 42 years old, weigh 310 and am 5’10 in height. I am beginning to now get skin breakdown under my skin folds, painful joints and feel like I am smothering when I sleep due to all of the weight. I now have to sleep with a bi pap machine. Overall I just feel like poop and believe this is due to my processed and fast food diet. I am finishing up my PhD. so I am a educated person but just have not taken care of my body. I love your website and you are a motivation to me. Any information I am able to get my hands on would be a Godsend!
