We humans are really good at one thing: focusing on what’s NOT so great about ourselves.
We think that getting better and feeling happier requires that we “fix our faults.”
The truth is (and the science shows) that when we focus on our strengths, we feel more confident, self-loving, and worthy.
Today, I invite you to double down on your strengths, and begin a process that I’ll be sharing over the next couple of weeks.
