101 Questions For Meaningful, FUN, Satisfying Connection + Conversation

Last year I sifted through the workbooks and trainings from my 19 years in positive psychology and coaching, and put together this list of questions. Family gatherings, vacations, or holiday meals can bring joy, but they can also bring strife. Perhaps a guided conversation will spark the kind of meaningful connection we dream about, but rarely enjoy.

A dear friend wrote to me over her Christmas family vacation that the list helped her turn a group of sullen, grouchy teens and kids into a giggling, connected family.

Feel free to print it out, share the link, or read it out loud from your phone. I hope you have a beautiful gathering, no matter where you are, or what you're celebrating.
