We are wasting time! Our time is valuable and important, so it is time to stand up for it. We, as women, can be seen as bossy or pushy when we fight to reclaim our time. Does that mean we roll over and let our time be wasted? Absolutely not! This week, I am going to share with you the ways that you can begin to reclaim your time, while also slowing down. Life is meant to nourish us, yes? So why does it feel like a frantic race to the end? I want to share with you a success story from one of my own clients, Linda, to illustrate just how powerfully your life can change when you reclaim your time. Let’s get started!
